找一個好boss還是好公司

原來要找一個好boss很難
不懂design不是重點
難道他只看到他現有的products
只懂buy and sell?
這次我扮演listener
說話不多
我想看多一點
因為我去協助的是一間公司
不是一個boss
如果我看不到我合作的人想法如何
就算salary比現在多幾千
但只看到現在
看不到將來

那不是我所需要找的

如果合作的是他partner
這樣就截然不同

at the end, he said, "I think I should meet more, my partner will contact you after our discussion blahblahblah..."
"sure!" I said with no doubt and smiled confidently.
